Keep the policy, certificate, benefit schedule, riders and contact information together. Verify the insured names, selected coverage, premium, effective date and beneficiary details where applicable. If something is unclear, ask before assuming a benefit applies.

Set up the right account

Use the insurer or administrator listed on the policy. For eligible Aflac policies, MyAflac provides account and claims tools. Register through the official website and protect your login details.

Dental, Medicare Supplement, final expense, pet and certain group products may use different systems. Follow your own enrollment materials.
